1. Order Processing Schedule

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays) once payment has been confirmed.

During promotional periods or peak shopping seasons, processing may take up to 3-5 business days. We will notify you promptly via email if there are any material delays to your order.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Timeframes

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:
  • Domestic Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Domestic Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

    Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be subject to delays caused by carrier operations, severe weather events, natural disasters, or holiday backlogs.

3. Dispatch Confirmation & Package Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and carrier information.

4. Shipping Address Verification

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during the checkout process.

JONES TYNAN CARROLL assumes no liability for orders delivered to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our facility due to address errors, customers will be responsible for additional reshipping charges.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or shows no tracking progress for 10+ business days, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date to file a claim.
Damaged Products:

If your luggage or bag arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged product, original packaging, and shipping label so we can assess and resolve the issue efficiently.

We will work with you to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund based on the specific circumstances.

6. Luggage & Bag Care Instructions

To ensure the longevity of your bags and luggage, please follow the care guidelines included with your product. Avoid overpacking beyond weight limits, expose to extreme temperatures, or use harsh cleaning chemicals.

JONES TYNAN CARROLL is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, overloading, accidental impact, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications to the product.

7. International Shipping & Import Fees

For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other clearance charges may apply in the destination country.

These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs paid to JONES TYNAN CARROLL. Customs processing may also extend delivery times beyond our original estimates.
